About this adventure
A Halloween-weekend evening program for ages 12 and up at Shelby Bottoms Nature Center in East Nashville. A naturalist leads a playful "ghost hunt" through the history and folklore of Shelby Bottoms and the surrounding riverside area, asking which past events might attract spectral attention and giving each spooky story a naturalist's spin. The program runs one hour, 8 to 9 pm, so it suits older kids and teens who are fine being out after dark with a grown-up. Registration is required by calling or emailing the nature center.
