About this adventure
Thompson Lane Library's fifth annual winter party welcomes families celebrating Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, Yule or any festival of lights. During the first hour kids make a seasonal craft and share snacks while waiting for guests from the North Pole. When Santa and Mrs. Claus arrive, Mrs. Claus reads 'Twas the Night Before Christmas, sings holiday songs with the kids and shows how to make balloon animals, and children take turns getting photos with Santa and whispering their wishes. The free party runs 5 to 7 pm on Thursday, December 3, billed as for kids "from 1 to 92."
