An easy early-winter hike on Muscoot Farm's trails aimed at children, focused on finding and reading animal tracks. Naturalists show kids how to identify footprints left by local wildlife along the way, and each child makes a clay imprint of a favourite animal footprint to take home. The walk runs from 1:00 to 2:30 pm on Saturday, December 19. The fee is $10, and pre-registration through the county is required. Dress for mud or snow, since the program is outdoors on unpaved trails.
