A Halloween day of programs for all ages inspired by the Exquisite Creatures exhibition: hands-on art making, live reptiles and insects in Creature Features shows (12 & 1 p.m.), family art workshops (Shining Skulls, Halloween Masks, Flying Bats), a structural-color science workshop, face painting (1–4 p.m.), family exhibition tours, themed planetarium shows and a costume parade through the galleries. Come dressed as a favorite creature.
