Children sing, play an instrument, dance, act, read poetry or share any other talent on stage in the Stapleton Library's community room, while families come to cheer. A microphone and keyboard are available, and the performer sign-up sheet goes out half an hour before the show. Costumes for the spooky season are welcome but not required.

What was checked & what still needs confirmation
NYPL's www pages sit behind Imperva (curl gets a JS stub). Event data read from NYPL's own public Drupal JSON:API (drupal.nypl.org/jsonapi/node/event), the record that renders this page; times converted from UTC to America/New_York; branch address from the linked library node. NYPL describes its calendar programs as free. Cross-check: the Noon Years Eve page was read via Cloudflare Browser Run and matched the API.
