Transit Tots is the New York Transit Museum's early-morning hour for its youngest transportation fans, held on select Sundays in the Education Center of the museum in Downtown Brooklyn. The 9:30–10:30 am session combines story time, crafts, imaginative play and interactive activities on a transit theme. It is designed for children aged 18 months to 3 years. It is not a drop-off program: each child must come with at least one adult caregiver, and adults cannot attend without a child. The fee is $40 for one child and up to two adults, includes museum admission for the rest of the day, and carries a 10% discount for Dual/Household-level members and above. Fall dates run on Sundays from October 25 to December 20.
