About this adventure

New City Library marks the first day of winter on Monday, December 21, 2026, with a card-making workshop for kids in kindergarten through 8th grade. From 4:00 to 4:45 PM in the library's Little Tor room, children design a winter- or holiday-themed card to give to friends and loved ones, a simple way to send handmade greetings during the school holiday week. The library provides all of the materials, so there is nothing to bring. The program is listed for children in kindergarten to 5th grade and for tweens in 5th to 8th grade, and registration is required through the library's online event calendar.
