The party band The B-Side Band plays a family-friendly set of pop, soul and holiday favorites in the State Theatre's Studio. It is part of the Milk & Cookies series, the theatre's interactive storytelling and music program for children ages 3 to 8. Shows run about 40 minutes, and each child gets a cookie and a carton of milk afterwards. The 10 am show is a standard performance. The 12 pm show is sensory-friendly, with lower sound, a judgment-free room where children can move or make noise, and headphones and weighted blankets available. Tickets are $5, and everyone needs a ticket regardless of age.
