About this adventure

Singers from the Notables lead an hour of Christmas songs for families at the Bethany Library. Children and grown-ups sing along together, and the library describes it as a family music experience for all ages. It is an easy first concert for young children: an informal room where joining in is the point, not a performance where they have to sit still. Grandparents and older kids who enjoy carols are equally welcome. The program runs on a Saturday afternoon in the library's meeting room. Earlier the same day, at 10 a.m., the library hosts a holiday play by homeschool students, 'Sherlock Holmes and the Christmas Mystery', so families can make a morning-and-afternoon outing of it. The library is on NW 35th Street in Bethany; call the branch at (405) 789-8363 with questions.
