About this adventure

A relaxed performance of Oklahoma City Ballet's The Nutcracker presented with Autism Oklahoma for families who need a calmer theater visit. Lighting and sound are adjusted, with lower sound levels, less strobe and audience-directed lighting, house lights kept on low, no pyrotechnics and recorded rather than live orchestra music. Guests may talk, leave their seats and move around during the show, a quiet area in the lobby offers fidgets and ear plugs, and iPads and other devices are allowed for therapeutic use. Every person, including lap infants, needs a ticket.
