About this adventure

During the Christmas at Gaylord Palms season, Santa receives families in his workshop in the resort's Alpine Village, a Bavarian-style holiday hamlet of village storefronts, live shows, characters and a hot-chocolate snack shack that also hosts many of the season's other activities. Children can share their wish lists and pose with Santa for a keepsake photo taken by the resort's photographers; personal cameras and phones are not allowed at the set, and every visit requires buying a photo package, which can cover several people in one picture. Visits are booked by date on the Gaylord Palms ticket site, so families can plan a Santa stop around an ICE! entry time or a day at the resort, and the resort is cashless. Santa's season at Gaylord runs from the November 13 opening until Christmas Eve.
