A holiday storytelling show at the Fairview Shores Branch: Arg! Humbug! A swashbuckling pirate crew helps one another discover the spirit of the circus, guided by their ringmaster, Petey the Parrot, in a playful twist on A Christmas Carol. The 45-minute after-school performance is recommended for families. The show comes from OCLS programming at the Fairview Shores Branch on Lee Road; check in at the desk, since the listed room is 'Ask at Desk'. It makes a short, cheerful after-school holiday outing for preschool and elementary-age children.
