Sonetta Community Market in Port Deposit turns into its annual Christmas Village on two Saturdays, December 5 and December 12, from 10 am to 4 pm. Local artisans sell holiday goods, the market runs seasonal specials, and Santa himself makes an appearance. The Cecil County calendar entries for both days give the market's address on Jacob Tome Memorial Highway but do not mention admission costs or Santa's hours, so families hoping for a visit with Santa should check with the market first.
