Philly Art Center's 20th Annual Halloween Festival + Parade fills its Fairmount studios at 2333 Fairmount Avenue on Sunday, October 25, 2026, from 2 to 4 pm. Kids come in costume for free family fun for all ages: make-and-take art stations, a baby music and activity zone, and at 4 pm the Fairmount Halloween parade with the Positive Movement Drumline. The art center runs the 20th annual parade in partnership with Eastern State and Parks to Broad; Eastern State's own Fall Festival, with trick-or-treating inside the penitentiary at 2027 Fairmount Avenue, runs from 3 to 5 pm the same afternoon, so families can combine the two. Philly Art Center asks families to RSVP through a form linked from its page.
