Mural Arts Philadelphia takes over LOVE Park (JFK Plaza) on Halloween, Saturday, October 31, 2026, from noon to 5 pm, for its annual Mural Arts Fest, an afternoon of art, music, creativity and Halloween fun. Families can decorate their own masks, create and trade affirmations, get a custom airbrushed tote bag, and paint a pumpkin for a chance to win a cash prize, alongside inflatable games and other family-friendly activities. An artist vendor market and community resource tables offer face painting, and local artists perform live, including Ryan Gilfillan with sound by Club Advisory, with more acts to come. Visitors are welcome to show up in costume. Admission is free: the organizer's Eventbrite page offers free tickets and lists the festival for all ages. JFK Plaza is at 1501 John F. Kennedy Boulevard in Philadelphia.
