Wild Lights is Elmwood Park Zoo's walk-through holiday light show in Norristown. On select evenings from November 20 to December 30, families stroll the zoo grounds past light displays and illuminated animal figures, with live entertainment along the route. Gates are open 5:00 to 9:00 PM and the event runs rain or shine, so dress for the weather. Tickets are dated and sold separately from regular zoo admission: non-member adults (13 and up) are $27.95 online, children 3 to 12 are $24.95 online, and babies 0 to 2 are free; yearly members get half-price tickets, and an Anytime ticket ($32.95, ages 3 and up) can be used on any Wild Lights night. Free zoo admission passes and coupons are not accepted, and tickets are non-refundable. The zoo and Wild Lights are closed Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
