About this adventure

Kid's Club at the Guadalupe Library turns a plain sock into a winter friend: children make an adorable no-sew Sock Snowman, learning how to fill, shape and decorate a soft plush snowman of their own and taking it home at the end. Because nothing is sewn, the craft suits early-elementary hands as well as older kids, and the library provides all the materials. The session lasts an hour, from 4 to 5 PM on a Thursday after school, and no registration is required, so children can simply come in. The library restricts this club to ages 5 to 11 so the facilitators can keep the group engaged; younger siblings are better served by the library's other December programs. The Guadalupe Library is on South Avenida Del Yaqui in the town of Guadalupe.
