Pittsburgh Botanic Garden's educator Ms. Courtney sets up a pumpkin-themed drop-in at the Weisbrod Learning Pavilion on Saturday, October 24. Families can stop by any time between 10 a.m. and noon to learn more about pumpkins and other gourds just before Halloween. The program is free with Garden admission and needs no registration, so it is easy to add to a fall visit. It suits young naturalists and families who want a short science stop during a walk in the garden.
