South Fayette Township presents Haunted Harvest at the Original Farmers Market on Wednesday evening, October 28. Children 12 and under, in costume, can trunk-or-treat, paint pumpkins, roast marshmallows and meet costumed characters, with music and food for the family. Each child needs one free timed ticket for the 5-6, 6-7 or 7-8 p.m. slot; adults and older siblings come without tickets. Residents could reserve from October 1, and any remaining tickets open to non-residents on Monday, October 26, at noon. Visitors can bring up to five non-perishable food items to vote for the best-decorated trunk; donations go to a food bank.
