A handbell choir rings holiday classics in the Penn Hills Library Community Room on an early-December evening. The hour-long concert is open to all ages, so it suits families looking for a short, low-key holiday music outing. It is free, but the library asks attendees to register in advance. The concert starts at 6:30 pm on Thursday, December 3, early enough for younger children before bedtime.
