Mt. Lebanon Public Library kicks off the Yuletide season with a visit from the Mari Lwyd, the wassailing Welsh skeleton horse of midwinter folk tradition. Families hear a story about the year's darkest night, learn about the custom from special guest Steel City Mari Lwyd, and each child makes a mini-Mari to take home. It is meant for kids age 4 and up with their families. Registration is required, one per family, and opens on November 19 at 9 am.
