The Gateway Clipper's Santa Family Fun Cruise is a two-hour riverboat ride on Pittsburgh's rivers with a DJ dance party for kids, a visit from Santa Claus and his friends, and a special treat from Santa. Sailings leave the Station Square Dock on Saturday, November 28 and on the first three December weekends. Morning trips board at 9:45 am and sail 10:30 am–12:30 pm; afternoon trips board at 12:45 pm and sail 1:30–3:30 pm, and not every date has both. Tickets are $36.66 for adults, $26.19 for children and $5.24 for infants, taxes and fees included, booked through the cruise line's live calendar. Children 16 and younger must be with an adult. Strollers are not allowed on board; there is a stroller parking area on the dock. A snack bar (chicken bites, hot dogs, cotton candy and other treats) and a full bar cost extra, and the boat is cashless. Park at Station Square, a short walk from the dock, and arrive 30 minutes before sailing because the boat leaves on time. A photo team takes a boarding picture you can buy.
