A bilingual cooking class at Central Library where families learn to make three kinds of Mexican-style paletas (fruit popsicles): strawberry cream and mango cream made with milk, and a refreshing watermelon paleta made with water. The 90-minute session is aimed at kids and their families. Space is limited and registration is required; registration opens November 22, 2026. The class is presented in Spanish and English in the Central Library large community room downtown.
