City of Vancouver water education center on the Columbia River with hands-on exhibits, wetlands and gardens. Free admission. Open Monday-Friday 10 a.m.-5 p.m. and the first and third Saturday of each month noon-4 p.m.; closed Sundays. Free drop-in Saturday programs for youth on the first and third Saturdays between 1 and 2 p.m. (youth must be accompanied by an adult). Holiday closures include Nov. 11, 26, 27 and Dec. 25.
