About this adventure
A hands-on private aquarium and marine education center that has run interactive marine biology programs since 1989. More than 100 exhibits focus on the animals of Narragansett Bay and the Atlantic, including 10 touch tanks where visitors handle everything from small shrimp to sharks, along with some rare animals from local coastal waters. It suits all ages but is designed with school-age children and adults in mind. Public hours are afternoons only, because mornings and evenings are reserved for private programs.
