About this adventure
A guided naturalist hike around Historic Yates Mill County Park in south Raleigh, looking for the plants and animals that live around the millpond and woods. Expect to walk at least a mile on natural surfaces: wear closed-toe shoes and bring a full water bottle. It is open to all ages but suggested for 8 and up. Free, but every family member must register, and children need an adult. Check in at the park office five minutes early.
