About this adventure
Downtown Wake Forest's holiday kickoff at Centennial Plaza, where the Town lights its Christmas tree and Santa Claus arrives. Around the plaza, the Wake Forest Woman's Club runs children's holiday crafts and Santa letter-writing, Imagine Circus performers roam for photos, a photo booth moves around the event, and the Downtown tent hands out free holiday light sticks while supplies last. Local school choirs and School of Rock Wake Forest perform, and food trucks plus downtown restaurants cover dinner. Free parking is at the Center for Active Aging and on side streets; accessible spaces are in the Town Hall lot.
