The Museum of Riverside's 1891 Victorian house museum on Magnolia Avenue. While the main museum building at 3580 Mission Inn Avenue is closed for rehabilitation and expansion, Heritage House and its gardens are the museum's open site: visitors are welcome Fridays through Sundays, 12–4 p.m., from the first Friday after Labor Day through the last Sunday in June, with free docent tours offered at 12:00, 1:15, 2:15 and 3:15 p.m. Free parking is in a lot behind the house via the driveway on the right-hand side; street parking along Magnolia Avenue is also available. The museum's free public programs (First Sundays, Artswalk crafts, Christmas Open House) are listed separately.
