Ms. Phoebe from Grow Resilient Families leads a special bilingual morning of music-making at Colonial Heights Library to celebrate Latino Heritage Month. Families sing, dance, move and make music together in both Spanish and English; the library notes that families of every Spanish and English language level are welcome. The hour is made up of 45 minutes of music programming followed by 15 minutes of hands-on instrument exploration, which makes it a good fit for babies, toddlers and preschoolers with a caregiver. No registration is listed.
