About this adventure

Cameron Park Library's Tuesday-morning Early Literacy Storytime gets special guests on December 8: wildlife experts from Sierra Wildlife Rescue read the stories, with help from one of their animal ambassadors. The program is aimed at children ages 3 to 5 with a caregiver and runs from 10 to 11 AM. On Tuesdays the library itself does not open to the public until noon, so storytime families come in through doors that open at 9:55 AM. It's a gentle first look at local wildlife and the people who care for injured animals, mixed with the songs and early-literacy activities of a regular storytime. The visit is sponsored by the Cameron Park Friends of the Library.
