About this adventure
The fourth annual Día de los Miles celebrates Hispanic heritage with a 5K and separate kids' fun runs on a course through District56, Elk Grove's civic center campus. Strollers and well-behaved dogs are welcome, so families can enter together with little ones riding along while older children run their own short fun-run distance. The morning program runs from 7:00 to 11:00 a.m.; registration, distances for the kids' runs and fees are on the race's own website.
