Each December the City of Roseville sends Santa out to visit neighborhoods around town, and for 2026 the city says he will be making his rounds on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings from December 8 through December 17 — that is December 8, 9, 10, 15, 16 and 17. Rather than queuing at a mall, families can catch Santa as he passes through residential streets on posted routes, which makes it an easy, free way for young children to see him close to home. The city's Neighborhood Santa page says the routes and detailed information will be posted by November 1, 2026, so check back then to find which evening and approximate time Santa reaches your area. Roseville also runs ticketed Santa events in the same season (Breakfast With Santa, Milk & Cookies With Santa and Santa's Workshop) for families who want a sit-down visit.
