Miss Savannah leads a Halloween-themed edition of the Cameron Park Library early-literacy storytime, with Halloween stories, crafts and songs. Costumes are encouraged. The program is designed for children aged 3 to 5 with their caregivers, but the library says all ages are welcome. It takes place on a Tuesday morning. Free; no registration is listed. It replaces that week's regular early-literacy storytime.
