Relax after Christmas with a ranger-led nature journaling session at Lost Maples. The group looks at local evergreens, trees that keep their leaves through winter, and practices observation skills by drawing and writing about them. All supplies are included, including paper, pencils and crayons, though you can bring your own journal. It meets outdoors at the day-use area at 11 am for about an hour, so bring water and seating and dress for the weather. It is free with park admission ($6 day pass for ages 13 and older).
