What happens at the library after closing? Young children find out at the Mammen Family Public Library's Stuffed Animal Sleepover in Bulverde. On Tuesday evening, November 24, kids come in pajamas with one stuffed animal or doll for a sleepy storytime, then tuck their friend into bed at the library and say good night. On Wednesday morning at 10 am families come back for a snack, see photos of what the stuffed animals got up to after dark, and pick up their friend — each stuffie goes home with a photo book of its sleepover. Bring a stuffie your child can sleep without for one night. Registration is required and opens November 3 at 6 pm; suggested for babies, toddlers, preschoolers and early elementary kids.
