About this adventure
San Diego Moms' family New Year's party counts down to noon instead of midnight, so young children can ring in 2027 and still nap. It fills two rooms at AleSmith Brewing in Miramar: a Neon Glow Zone in the barrel room with blacklight paths, glowing photo ops and neon games, and a Neon Winter Wonderland in the tasting room with snow flurries, a winter photo booth and surprise guests. Every ticket includes the noon balloon drops (eight are promised), a neon dance party with a live DJ and performers, a kids' zone with an inflatable obstacle course and slide, face painting, balloon twisting, bubbles, NYE crafts and cookie decorating, plus two food trucks. Tickets are sold one per household, everyone 23 months and older needs a ticket, and all attendees must complete the organizer's waiver before entering. Prices step up in tiers through December, and only a handful of tickets are held back for the day itself.
