LEGOLAND California Resort in Carlsbad holds what it calls San Diego's largest Kids' New Year's Eve party, built so families can ring in the new year without missing bedtime. 'Midnight' comes early: the park stages a New Year's Eve countdown, live music and an early fireworks display, alongside the usual rides and activities across the theme park, which is designed for children aged 2 to 12. The newest area, LEGO Galaxy, adds a space-themed indoor family coaster and a toddler-friendly play zone. The party is included with LEGOLAND tickets and select annual passes rather than sold as a separate event; Standard and Preferred passes have blockout dates, so passholders should check whether New Year's Eve is covered. The page does not print the countdown or fireworks time, so check the park's hours for December 31 before going. Parking is free for some pass tiers.
