SeaWorld San Diego's daytime, family-friendly Halloween event runs every Friday, Saturday and Sunday through November 1, so the last two weekends fall inside this listing. This year's centrepiece is the new Trick-or-Treat with Baby Shark show at Mission Bay Theater, a 30-minute sing-and-dance performance for which each guest needs a separate reserved-seating ticket on top of park admission. Around the park, costumed children can follow the Candy Trail of trick-or-treat stations from 4 to 7 p.m. on Fridays and 1 to 7 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays; a reusable candy bag is required (bring your own or buy one in the park for $4.99). Other activities include a pumpkin patch with Mission Bay views at the Waterfront, dance parties with Spookley the Square Pumpkin and Jack Scarecrow, a Coral Candy Club DJ party on SkyTower Lawn, Halloween mermaids at Rescue Jr., a pumpkin hunt map and Día de los Muertos ofrendas with Catrina statues. Costumes are welcome, but guests 13 and older may not wear masks or hoods, and only park artists may face-paint. The event is included with park admission; the park's October offer lets kids go free with a paid adult ticket. Howl-O-Scream, the separately ticketed night event, is not for young children.
