About this adventure

Noel Noel is the San Diego Symphony's holiday concert on the waterfront stage of The Rady Shell at Jacobs Park, played three times on the weekend before Christmas. Guest conductor Nicholas Buc leads the San Diego Symphony Orchestra together with the San Diego Master Chorale, the San Diego Children's Choir, vocalist Devin DeSantis, actor Jacob Bruce and the Del Norte High School drumline and color guard in Christmas classics and festive favorites, with sing-alongs for the audience and lighting and projection design on the outdoor stage. With young singers on stage and carols to join in, it suits families with school-age children who are ready for an evening concert. The Sunday show starts earliest, at 4:30 PM, and afterwards the audience can stay for a view of the 56th San Diego Bay Parade of Lights, scheduled to pass The Embarcadero between about 6:10 and 6:40 PM. The venue allows one small soft-sided bag per person and no coolers, and every seating section has wheelchair-accessible seats. Ticket prices are shown only in the Symphony's ticketing system.
