Escondido Public Library's monthly Teen Art Studio meets on Wednesday, October 21, from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. in the Activities Space on the first floor of the main library. This month teens make their own faux stained-glass picture frames, designing and personalising the 'glass' panels to take home. The programme is intended for teens aged 13 to 18, materials are provided while supplies last, and it is sponsored by the Friends of the Escondido Public Library. The two-hour block gives time to finish a frame without rushing, and no art experience is needed. The calendar does not list registration or a fee, so teens can drop in after school.
