Friday Nights at OMCA is the Oakland Museum of California's weekly outdoor block party with live music on the Garden Stage, hands-on activities, Off the Grid food trucks and late-night access to the galleries with a museum ticket. The remaining fall dates before the program's seasonal pause are October 16 (MacArthur Maze, with CHIKA DI, marking the 60th anniversary of the Black Panther Party), October 23 (DATANAGAN) and October 30 (LA GENTE SF), each 5:00–9:00 pm. The museum lists these evenings as Family and Free; gallery entry requires a museum ticket. Flat-rate $10 parking is available in the OMCA garage until 10 pm. Outside alcohol is not permitted and performances are subject to change.
