San Pablo's annual City HALL-o-Ween takes over the City Hall campus on Gateway Avenue on the Thursday before Halloween. Children in costume can trunk-or-treat their way through carnival games and information booths, dance at a Monster Mash party, visit a pumpkin patch and get their faces painted, with more activities promised. The event runs from 4 to 7 pm, after school, and is aimed at local families with kids of all ages.
