Annual holiday festival at Cougar Mountain Zoo featuring Santa's Reindeer Farm (the largest reindeer farm in any US zoo), Santa's House with his workshop, the Reindeer Airfield and photos with Rudolph and Santa's Grand Traveling Sleigh. Santa is on site November 28–December 23, 10:30am–4:00pm (he breaks 1:00–1:30; Santa photos need an additional minimum donation). December 26–30 the holiday fun continues 10:30am–3:30pm daily without Santa. The zoo is closed December 24, 25 and 31. Pre-purchased discounted admission is recommended.

Start-date conflict: the festival page and visit page say November 28; the events list says Nov 27 – Dec 23, 2026. The festival page also shows 10:30AM–4:30PM in one block and 4:00PM in another. Ticket prices are only in the ticket store (not opened).
