About this adventure
On Halloween day, the Downtown Seattle Association's downtown ambassadors hand out sweet treats from the Occidental Square kiosk in Pioneer Square. The kiosk is open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and the event is listed under DSA's Kids events. It is a short, free daytime stop for costumed children exploring downtown on Halloween rather than a full festival.
