Commemorates Camp Dubois, the 1803–1804 winter camp of the Lewis and Clark expedition. The interpretive center has six exhibition galleries, a full-scale cut-away replica of the expedition keelboat, a 12-minute orientation video in the Convergence Theater and a gift shop. Outside are a reconstructed winter camp (about a 45-minute tour) and a memorial overlooking the Mississippi–Missouri confluence. Visitor center accessible.
