Beginner ballet class for ages 6–9 in the Dance Studio at the Carrollwood Cultural Center. Whether a child has previously taken ballet or is new to it, the class teaches the basics; students who took Creative Dance/Intro to Ballet continue their training with new skills. Fall I session: Tuesdays 4–5 PM, starts September 8, 12 weeks, no class on October 20 or November 24. Suggested attire: pink tights, pink or black leotard, pink or black ballet slippers, optional tutu. Students are accepted first-come, first-served; a waiver is required.
