About this adventure
Virginia's first drive-through holiday light show returns for its 34th year on a two-mile route through the woods and waterways of Newport News Park, with more than a million lights, animated displays, glowing arches and winter scenes. Families stay in the car with the holiday music on. It runs nightly from Thanksgiving evening through New Year's Day, 5:30-10 p.m. Cars pay $15 Monday to Thursday and $20 Friday to Sunday, buses $85, and advance car tickets bought at the Newport News Visitor Center cost $12 and are valid any night.
