Artist Amy Chen shows participants how to paint winter images in watercolor at Potomac Library on Saturday, December 12, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The two-hour workshop is recommended for ages 12 and up; the library tags it for middle and high school students and adults as well as elementary ages. Registration is required and limited to 20 participants, and each participant must be registered separately. The program is sponsored by the Friends of the Library, Montgomery County.
