About this adventure
Santa sets up at Zoo Atlanta for one December weekend, and families book a half-hour session for a personal visit and a professional Santa photo. Around the visit there are festive cookies to snack on, seasonal crafts and decorated photo spots. Sessions come in three kinds: early-morning and late-afternoon 'Merry Members' sessions for zoo members, daytime 'Sleigh Bells & Safari' sessions that include same-day admission to the zoo, and evening 'Snow & Glow' sessions that include entry to the IllumiNights lantern festival afterwards, which makes them good value for families planning both. Each session is capped, and the zoo warns the event has sold out in past years, so book early; children 2 and under are free.
