Santa sets up shop at his Post Office in the Truist Holiday Community Corner, at the corner of Power Alley and Battery Avenue, on select days from Saturday, November 21 to Thursday, December 24, 2026. Visits are free and first-come, first-served: there are no reservations, but if there is a line, the elves take your phone number at check-in and text you when it is your turn, so families can shop, eat or explore The Battery while they wait. Parents take photos with their own cameras, and a contactless visit is available if needed. Parking is free for two hours in the public decks. Pets are not allowed on Post Office days (separate Santa Paws nights are held for pets).
